1. How long does delivery take?
Because we manufacture directly in our Glasgow factory, we offer incredibly fast shipping! If you live within a 60-mile radius of Glasgow, your bed will be delivered within 24 hours. For the rest of the UK, standard delivery takes just 2 to 5 working days.

2. Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the UK. Please note that certain remote postcodes (such as the Scottish Highlands or Northern Ireland) may incur a slight delivery surcharge or require extended shipping times.

3. Do you offer an assembly service?
Yes! At checkout, you can select standard delivery, or upgrade to our "Room of Choice & Assembly" service where our professional team will carry the bed to your desired room and fully assemble it for you.

4. Will I be notified before my delivery arrives?
Absolutely. Once your bed leaves our factory, our delivery team will contact you to confirm a delivery window so you know exactly when to expect us.

5. What sizes do your beds come in?
We manufacture all standard UK sizes: 2'6" Small Single, 3'0" Single, 4'0" Small Double, 4'6" Double, 5'0" King Size, and 6'0" Super King Size.

6. Can I customize the height of my headboard?
Yes! Our luxury headboards come at a standard height of 52 inches. However, because we make them from scratch, we can build your headboard as tall as you like for a true hotel-style statement piece (only £10 for every extra inch). Just contact us via WhatsApp to arrange a custom height!

7. What is the difference between a Divan and an Ottoman bed?
A Divan is a solid, traditional bed base where you can choose to add built-in pull-out drawers for storage. An Ottoman bed features a heavy-duty gas-lift mechanism that raises the entire mattress, giving you access to the maximum amount of storage space underneath the bed.

8. Can I add drawers to a Divan base?
Yes, if you choose a Divan bed, you can add built-in storage drawers. Our minimum order for storage is 2 drawers.

9. Do your beds come with a mattress?
To give you the most flexibility, our bed frames and mattresses are sold separately. However, you can easily add one of our factory-direct mattresses to your order before checkout.

10. What types of fabrics and colours do you offer?
We offer over 60 distinct colour choices across 5 premium fabric finishes: Plush Velvet, Naples, Crush Velvet, Linoso, and Coniston.

11. Are your beds UK Fire Safety compliant?
Safety is our top priority. Every bed frame, headboard, and mattress we manufacture complies fully with UK Fire Safety Regulations (BS7177). We also manufacture Crib 5 compliant beds for commercial contracts.

12. What types of mattresses do you manufacture?
We offer a full range of mattresses to suit every sleeper: The Windsor (classic spring), All-Foam (orthopaedic springless), MF (Memory Foam), Dual MF (double-sided memory foam), and our luxury Pocket Spring mattresses.

13. Can I upgrade my Pocket Spring mattress?
Yes! Our standard luxury pocket mattress features 1,000 individual springs. If you require ultimate contouring support, we can custom-build your mattress with 2000, 3000, 4000, or even 5000 pocket springs. Simply message us on WhatsApp for a custom order.

14. What is your return policy?
We are confident you will love your new bed, but if you change your mind, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

15. What are the conditions for a return?
To qualify for a 14-day return, the item must be completely unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging. Please note that bespoke/custom-sized orders may be subject to different return conditions.

16. How do I initiate a return?
Simply reach out to our customer service team via email or our contact form with your order number, and we will guide you through the return process.

17. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as secure express checkout options like Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

18. Do you offer trade or bulk discounts?

19. How do I pay for a custom order discussed on WhatsApp? If we design a custom bed for you over WhatsApp, we will send you a secure "Draft Order" link. This allows you to securely check out through our Shopify store using your preferred payment method.
