Delivery Timeframes

• Details: As your local manufacturer, we prioritize our local community. If your delivery address is within Glasgow or the immediate surrounding radius, your bespoke bed will be manufactured and delivered to your door within 24 hours of your order confirmation.

🇬🇧 Nationwide Delivery: Mainland UK

• Timeframe: 2 to 7 Working Days (Depending on Postcode)

• Details: For customers outside of Glasgow, our trusted courier network will deliver your bed within 2 to 7 working days. The exact timeframe depends on your specific city and postcode. Once your order is processed, our team will contact you with an accurate delivery window.

How Our Delivery Process Works

1. Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order, it is sent directly to our Glasgow factory floor.

2. Scheduling: Once your bed passes our final quality control checks, our dispatch team will contact you (via phone or email) to confirm a delivery date that works for you.

3. Delivery Day: Our delivery drivers will handle your new bed with the utmost care. Please ensure there is clear access to your property on the day of delivery.

Upgraded Delivery Services

While standard ground-floor delivery is free during our April promotion, we also offer premium upgraded services for your convenience. These can be selected at checkout or arranged via WhatsApp:

• Room of Choice Delivery: Our two-man team will carry the bed to your specific bedroom rather than leaving it at the front door.

• Full Assembly Service: Our professionals will deliver your bed to your room of choice, fully assemble the frame, and ensure the Ottoman gas-lift mechanisms are perfectly calibrated.

Remote Postcodes & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver across the entire UK within our 2–7 day window, certain remote postcodes (including the Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland) may require additional transit time. If your address falls into one of these zones, we will notify you immediately of your expected delivery schedule.
